Questions

How It Works

What does a security camera installation actually include?

The install covers mounting the cameras, routing and concealing cables, setting up the NVR or app-based remote viewing, adjusting angles, and confirming night vision range. The job is not finished until footage is recording and you can access it from your phone.

What happens if I delay installing cameras?

Every week without coverage is a week your driveway, back gate, or side entry goes unrecorded. If an incident occurs, there is no footage to review or share with police. Gaps in coverage are only obvious after something happens.

Can my neighbor’s camera record my backyard?

Texas law does not prohibit a neighbor from recording areas visible from their property. The practical fix is positioning your own cameras to document your yard clearly, and adjusting any shared-view angles to focus on your own property lines.

Will the installer damage my siding or trim during the install?

Cable routing through soffits or walls avoids surface drilling on finished siding. The installer identifies the cleanest path during the site walk and flags any areas where penetration is unavoidable before work begins.
